Personal training

Personal training is the core service offered at Press Room

Our founding coaches Chris, Ben and Henry share decades of combined experience working with a range of clients to help them achieve their goals. Although each coach approaches training from a unique perspective, there are common values that govern the way we work with our clients. We pride ourselves on taking a client-centred approach to coaching. This means that we know, understand and respect our clients’ values, priorities and goals. We put their needs and agendas first and support them in taking steps towards their goals, whatever they may be. We have worked hard to create a comfortable and safe environment for our clients to train and believe there is no better space or coaching team in Brighton.

Small Group Training

Our Small Group Training offers a chance for focused coaching in a class setting. With a maximum of 4 people per class, these sessions will provide you with a unique opportunity to work closely with our trainers on strength & conditioning, mobility, skill development and more, using a range of training approaches. Akin to personal training but without the price tag, our Small Group Training will enable you to advance on your fitness journey and develop new skills, while providing a framework to track your progress.
