Chris Odle
Chris Odle believes that a journey to deep health involves sufficient exercise and must also include genuine rest, a balanced diet rich in fresh whole foods, access to clean air and clean water.
Just as important is genuine human connection and sincere emotional expression, playfulness, joy, purpose and using your life to enjoy and express these things.
It's not just about how you move and how you eat - but how you exist, think, respond, and problem solve in the world around you.
It's deep, and that's the point.

Ben Walker
Ben is a movement & fitness coach with a broad background. He strives to help people inhabit their bodies as the 'human animals' that we are. Ben's training style blends calisthenics, gymnastics, functional weight training, yoga and mobility techniques to pursue health, wellbeing & longevity.
He’s an experienced coach, trained in Animal Flow and Functional Range Conditioning, and loves to include an element of playfulness in training.
At any spare moment you’ll either find him at the climbing wall, or frolicking in the grass.
