Small Group Training
Our Small Group Training offers a chance for focused coaching in a class setting. With a maximum of 4 people per class, these sessions will provide you with a unique opportunity to work closely with our trainers on strength & conditioning, mobility, skill development and more, using a range of training approaches. Akin to personal training but without the price tag, our Small Group Training will enable you to advance on your fitness journey and develop new skills, while providing a framework to track your progress.
